In pub med database, we can filter our search in filter slide-bar at the left side of the screen such as article type, publication year, language etc. Can we filter our search strategy by using some inclusion and exclusion criteria such as "clinical trial", "English publication"before starting title and abstract review. So that we don't need to consider these criteria during full text review again.
Yes you can but these limits are not accurate.

None of these filters are accurate because they are all search strategies and like any search strategies you should expect noises (irrelevant results) that's why we almost always need to screen the search results.

If you limit your search to English, it is language bias. If it is acceptable for your review team/supervisor/funding body, then majority of databases provide a language limit.

I agree with most of the answers above. Start by defining your inclusion criteria and justify why you choose those criteria.
