it depends on type of your PCR for sequencing. If you used short or consensus primers for multicopy genes, environmental samples or mixed culture you can get chimeric sequences. To get clear sequence - you can use more specific primers, or clone your PCR products and sequence them in plasmid 

Thank you Sheik Asraf Sir and Alex sir... for giving these valuable answers, it does help me understand better..   A small question ahead of this, after few trials if few errors persist, could you conclude using the results? If yes, do you have any publication that you have come across to share with me?

Additionally, if not, is there any other method to counter check or validate with other molecular techniques? Is validation with biochemical tests alright, it does take me close but does not hit it right on target. Hence need some advice.
