You should build your desire beam section with "Section Designer" as follows:

The Section Designer utility is accessed through the Define> Section properties> Frame section. Then click on add new property button. From “frame section property type” select “other” then click on Section Designer. On the “SD section data” window, choose “concrete” and “reinforcement to be checked” then click on “Section Designer”. From now on, you should know how to work with Section Designer.

So why do you what to create a beam section manually anyway?

Mehran Shahpari Sir I want to check demand to capacity ratio for existing reinforcement

Mehran Shahpari i want to give reinforcement details for beams but in section designer its showing only option for Column (I have attached image and marked with red circle). Finally what changes I have to make so that section designer behave as beam.

Choose "Concrete column" and "Reinforcement to be checked". Then click on section designer.

On the section designer, you can create a beam with known reinforcement size and its position.

Please see the picture I provided from the section designer.

Please note that the bars' size, shape, position, and mechanical properties should be highly accurate. After you are done, you can assign the section you created to the beams.
