if it's preferred orientation than the correspondence peaks will be same, but if it's only one peak than maybe another phases, rock in dust effect etc.

Respected Maykel Manawan, Sir, if there is secondary phase what is the process to refine the both phases at a time, please suggest me how to do refinement for biphasic material provided secondary phase is suppose 10 wt%. 

U simply add more phase. U cud try to refine one by one or simultaneously. Which software r u using? GSAS, Fullprof, Maud, BGMN, Topas, HS+,...?

I am using fullprof.
