Kindly, share with me any resources and/or knowledge and experiences regarding studies measuring the efficacy of SP and insecticide treated net, either as independent or combined as interventions against malaria.
There are enough studies, even by WHO, indicating that SP drug (for pregnant women) and ITN are very effective interventions when used as directed and so are highly recommended. But i have not found information in quantitative terms (if any), up to what percentage (say 90%, 55%, etc.) of protection/prophylactic effect the SP drug and/or the ITN provide for the user against malaria infection.

Please, just look at the early papers on inttermittent preventive treatment (IPTi and IPTp).
