In hydrogen bonding the group (OH) which donates the H atom is the donor while the group which accepts the H (N atom) is the acceptor.
This is rather sad in some ways becuase the N atom is a Lewis base which donates an electron pair while the H in the OH is a Lewis acid which accepts an electron pair to form a dative covalent bond.
Sorry for the confusion but it is a product of how chemical thought has evolved over the years.
