During validation study I choose full scan and SIM mode. For both scan it gives different peak area for same analyte (pesticide) of same concentration and in SIM it gives less peak area than full scan, so which scan mode i should preffer for validation?
Detail your conditions please, did you repeat this readings just to be sure? In full scan did you calculate the area from chromatogram or did you extract your ion?
Did you operate in msms mode? if yes, did you try any other quantifier ion?
In general SIM will be ideal for the validation.

I choose temp ramp 70 to 280C @ 25C/min, Carrier = Helium, 1ml/min, injector temp 250C, transferline 280C, source 230. I also repeat readings. I calculate area for fullscan and also extract ions for msms mode, i select 2 ions with highest intensities but i didn't try another ions.
It is usual to fail to obtain the same quantity with different modes. To be able to compare; all the conditions including monitoring mode have to be the same. The important thing is the reproducibility of the results. If there is no special purpose for comparing the results of different monitoring modes, I suggest that to leave full scan and continue with SIM since it is more sensitive and selective.

SIM mode. Don't compare SIM peak area to total scan peak area, they are two different things.

Actually, for the validation of an analytical method to analyze pesticide residues, it is better to use SIM mode, as in the SIM mode you have prepared based on the scan mode. Therefore, I think that it is not wise to use scan mode for method validation. For better quantification, you should follow the SIM mode. Thank you so much for your interest.
