In Flutter Analysis for Bluff bodies, Is Phase Lag ψ somehow related to logarithmic damping 𝛿?

Here, Phase Lag ψ is between vertical deflection displacement and torsion displacement. This is a 2 DOF Heavig and Torsional Analysis.

I am not sure how to relate the graph for ψ with 𝛿.

I am looking for more of a conceptual answer if possible. Equations are welcome as well.

Can you please mention, how you want to correlate phase lag with modal damping. Experimental way can be with plotting Nyquist modal plot with FRF.
