Normally, not a problem, if you are only interested in identifying the phase . However, it is expected to have similar relative intensities of the peaks. Depending upon other factors such as preferred orientation of sample crystallites, method of PXRD data collection etc , the relative intensities of peaks can differ from their expected ratios.
for more information, if the difraction angles are the same then the data is OK. Single line intensity may be different but relative intensity should be the same.

peak intensity depends upon number of other factor also like methods of measurement, percentage of crystallinity in sample etc so intensity should not matter strictly....
