How to measure voltage dependent strain of a thin film without using electric field dependent XRD???

because we have not any facility of electric field dependent XRD but all the papers suggested this electric field dependent XRD. If anyone can explore any idea then please help me

In an XRD data if the peak are same with ICSD data but intensity is not matched with ICSD data then is anything worng???
