In the high voltage low current application (such as the power system of the X-ray), from the aspect of a rectifier, the secondary side of transformer is more like a voltage source or current source? or it depends on the circuit parameters?

V1/V2=N1/N2 and the magnetizing current is constant, the secondary current (load current) flux production is balanced by drowning current from primary (I2/I1) or could be considered as current source.....

With constant input, the variable output voltage auto transformer could be considered as voltage source......
It depends up on the output impedance of the secondary and diode. If high, the voltage will change alot when the load changes. If low, the voltage will vary less. Without active stabilisation, I would never call it a current source.

A reactive load will effect the output during a change in load, during switch on and switch off. During steady state, no effect

A magentic field is measured in Ampere-windings too. That means, that at the first glance you have a current source. BUT - it depends on the speed of the variation of the magnetic field: U(ind) = L * di/dt. That influences the voltage at the output. You may try some experiments with an air gap in the magnetic circle and observe the reactions concerning the times and the output. Seen by this, under load a converter will act as a current source and with low loads more as a voltage source. There are many influences from the generating circuit, too. A flyback converter is better for voltage, the counter-tact systems for current.
