Hello Philip, I have a book somewhere ??? by Prof. Glasziou on systematic reviews. I did a book review on this for the Aust and New Z J of Public Health years ago. I have not looked at it, except once in the last few years and now it is not where I thought I put it. I will look for it over the next few days, sorry I cannot be of more help.
