An article was already written, and it needs to be edited by a critical colleague before it can move on to peer review by an ISI journal. I mean the article needs assistance with certain rules or nuances of the English language. All the English language errors that may detract from the overall quality of the article should be removed and the general readability and clarity of the text should be improved.
