How can I get a subspecialty of immunology and allergy in a US-accredited program?

What is the most important factors for admission?

How is the work environment of this subspecialty and the salary?

I trained in chest diseases in Univ of Mass. and fellowship at the National Jewish Center for Asthma and Immunology. It is one of the best centers. One has to preferably do residency, fellowship in chest diseases and try for subspecialty progarms. Do communicate with the program directors and send your CV.
