I did a XRD analyses, and I wanna see it using X-Pert highscore plus. My x-axis was from 20-90 (2theta) when I was testing it, but the software is showing me from 5 to 75. The shape of the analyse is correct. But the range of 2theta is not correct. Can anyone help me with how to edit the x-axis?

You can edit the x-axis range in X Pert highscore plus by following these steps:
1. Open the XRD rawfile (.xrdml) in Xpert Highscore plus software.
2. Go to treatment, then do determine background. Change the granularity as per the plot. Select OK
3. Then go to treatment again and do search peaks, mostly all peaks will be picked up by the software then click OK.
4. After that, go to "Axis" scale use the small button next to it.
5. You can use the additional graphics pane to manipulate your zoom view by enabling the Zoom Overview.
6. Right-click in the Additional Graphics pane Select the menu Show Graphics > Zoom Overview The Additional Graphics pane will show you your entire scan, with a black box highlighting the zoomed region.

Hello Armin Azad when you open a Scan File (XRDML, RD,RAW, whatever format) in HighScore, via File => Open..., and you double click on the Main Graphics, HighScore will show you the full range of the measured Scan. So what 2Theta range do you see there? Note, that on the "Anchor Scan Data" Tab you have a numerical List of ALL data points with Counting Time, Counts and 2Theta position, to check things out in detail.
