Thanks for your reply. GA is prepared by chemical reduced method from graphene oxide, then we used GA, carbon black, PTFE powder (8:1:1 wt% total mass:30mg) in ethanol(20ml).
Thanks for your reply, sir. As far as I know, PTFE is used as a binder, and I have seen many papers use ethanol with PTFE, then ultrasonic with other materials.
Are you maybe talking about suspending the PTFE particles in ethanol? PTFE is inert and doesn't dissolve in ethanol.
The ethanol can be used to disperse and blend your components, however, you will have to cold press the powder mixture to form a solid and then sinter at around 380 degrees C.
Thanks for your suggest and correct my mistake, Sir. Yes, I am talking about suspending PTFE in ethanol. I saw white PTFE powder turned into colorless in ethanol, so I thougt it was dissolved.
I’m thinking is 60%PTFE a better use than PTFE powder? Or can I evaporated off more ethanol to make it better coated?
