I'm searching for help "How to use ImageJ to analyze TRF image for telomere length assay?

In particularly，I don't know how to draw a 150-rows reteclar over a TRF lane and how to measure the ODi of each rows, and I'm wondering It has to be done one by one manually or there are some sort of protocol or tool?

After u draw a line or rectangle, just click ctrl M to get the length or OD. More tutorial can find from Google and youtube
