what should i do for entrapment efficiency test using vivaspin? i,m using vivaspin 500. how long should i take to centrifuge it, and which rpm?

and by the end of centrifuge, which part should I treat for doing direct method of EE? the supernatant or the pellet?

please detail process for doing this.
