There is many publication where ICP-MS was used but to interpret data is depends on the using of your data. For exemple if you would like to study the chemistry quality of water from obtained analysis by ICP-MS, I suggest using some chemeomitric paramaters (like E.F, P.C.A, F.A,...) in order to know variations and sources of differents elements, after doing a simple study of concentration variability and  simple comparison between obtained concentrations and references.

If you have well level and recent rainfall for each sample taken, and dates, use dates on x axis, various elements or nutrients on Y axis, and add in water level and rainfall in #2 Y axis with separate lines (daily or more frequent measures if available) to help show how the elements varied in responses to precipitation and water level.  Nearby raingauge and well levels in similar conditions may be helpful if you didnot measure, but Should verify water level responses are well correlated.  If you have pH, redox, conductivity, temperature or other data, these may also be related to elemental concentrations.  Stepwise multivariate analysis may also help.  By plotting data against water level, you may find some lnear, curvilear, exponential or need for logrithm to show scale differences.  By grouping elements into either similar groups such as metals or similar responses on y axis to ground water level changes on x axis, you may find some interesting responses.  My paper Spring water quality in Missouri is dated 1975, hand plotted, but may give you some ideas, and nearby streamflow might be a surrogate for water level if you dont have it.  I have a publication to send when I get into my computer that should be interesting as chemistry varies with duration of time water is in contact with soil/geology.

In addition, you might want to show data relative to drinking water standards, so you can plot actual data or normalize data, with the normalized data, the standard value for each element = 1.0.  The plot footnote would have the standard used for each element normalized, as well as source reference for standards.
