Looking for some scales in the field of international human resource management, or business, or even psychology that, on the individual level can measure firm specific knowledge, and also, job or profession specific knowledge (non- firm specific) and also if you know of one, country specific knowledge.
any help would be great, as the scales seem to be mostly transfer or sharing related, whereas we need to measure acquisition.
