It's fluid in 4 centigrade degrees but when I put it in 37 centigrade it doesn't gelate after even 1 hour.

I checked the pH before putting the solution in the 37 centigrade. It was 6.3. I add up NaOH and take pH to 7 but it doesn't gelate again.
