I agree I am not aware of any experience in Mesothelioma
but has need used in ovarian and pseudomyxoma peritoneum due to mucinous carcinoma
The majority of the published literature comes from Dr. Sugarbaker. However, due to the issues from EPP on physiology and the such (lack of options when recurrence occurs) with HIPC (IHC), more and more the surgery of choice seems to be extended pleurectomy/decortication with or without an intraoperative adjunct (i.e.: PDT or HIPC) with the goal still being MCR. I would also direct you to the current SMART trial (Surgery for Mesothelioma After Radiation Therapy) which looks promising.
