I'm planning to fragment alpaca polyclonal antibodies tomorrow using pepsin to create Fab2'. The kit I'm using doesn't have a suggested incubation time for alpacas/camelid and I'm struggling to find papers that have a recommended time period. Can any link me to a paper with relevant methods?

Would it make sense to vary the pepsin concentration instead? Depending on the scale of your project, you might need to optimize time, temperature and concentration anyway. Play around with some pre-immune antibodies.
As starting conditions, I'd use any recommendation for "normal" ABs that came with the kit.
Unless you refer it does not say with the antibody. Maybe suggest it is a standard, and not with the kit. If you have doubts, contact your provider. ( On the last one it must say 0-6 h on ELISA stained with Coomassie blue)
