If there was a pattern for RNA sectionalization of tumor cells how they recognize healthy cells. Can we edit it with itselves characteristics?

Having this [1 0 4 0 2 6 8 9] for an instance of particular tumors cells RNA, and we found the three last data sections[... 6 8 9] are about "What healthy cells looks like?" or vice versa... can we edit those RNA sections and replace them with wrong data like [1 0 4 0 2 1 0 4] (maybe changing to tumors cells RNA)?
