Can you please give more information? What is your fluorophore? At least tell us what type of fluorophore it is. What is the solvent? Which quencher did you use? Did you perform any control experiment? Unless you give more information of your system I am afraid anybody will be able to give you any specific answer.

You need to provide more information. Did you mean fluorescence intensity increases with time? Did you record the whole spectra or make a time scan at a particular wavelength?

Talking about a complex fluorophore there are needed quantum chemical computations. Currently the molecular objects exhibit subtle electronic effects which are unable to be assigned only on the base on the experiment.
