This is just. a general question, If my protein is supplemented with 15% glycerol at the beginning, what is the glycerol concentration in the final concentrated protein? will it be the same even after concentrating my protein using Amicon Amicon® Ultra-15 Centrifugal Filter Units? or does glycerol escapes fully into the filtrate since these units have a certain molecular weight cutoff?

Since net volume doesn’t change with ultrafiltration and glycerol passes through the membrane, I’d say its concentration remains at 15%.

The concentration of glycerol will not change and doesn't depend upon the membrane's cut-off.
