If the flow is laminar and the fluid velocity is very low, the walls may be kept at constant temperature but for turbulent flow at higher flow velocity, the case may not be true

if there is colder fluid flowing over these walls, the temperature of the walls will go down. if you are using numerical software make sure you enable the conjugate mode.
