Hello, I am trying to image ROS in GFP BY250 P-DAT C. elegans and I am not sure if I should use H2DCFDA dye or Cell ROX Orange for the ROS imaging? The C. elegans have GFP tagged dopaminergic neurons, the H2DCFDA is green so I am not sure the image would look good with GFP and a green fluorescence for ROS imagery. I have recently acquired CellROX Orange which is a novel fluorogenic dye. I think CellROX would be best since the fluorescence is orange. But I have found no protocols using CellROX with C. elegans.
