STEM is a science based, therefore you can divide the teachers into two groups, group ( A) goes for interview focusing on a particular variable and then Group (B) goes for a test by demonstrating(measuring)the same variable, the result of both groups will determine whether using interview or test is preferable to select competent teachers to handle the stem curriculum.
