If I use CdS or CdZnS as a window layer in thin film solar cell what should be sheet resistance of this n-type window layer?

I deposit by CBD and spin coating method to deposit CdS thin film (cd/s = 1:1)

annealing temp 300 C.

Hi Jigar,

Based on my experience, CdS thin film with a thickness up to 100 nm should be very resistive. The sheet resistance is typically > 10 M Ohm/sq. It works OK for our thin film solar cells.
