if you have all subjects of only one genotype therefore in your population sample this locus is not polymorfic (or have very low MAF). In this case is not possible to estimate HWE.

on the basis of genotypic distribution of your SNP (about you asked) it is impossible to answer a question of HWE in your population sample. You must to use other markers - loci with high heterozygosity and MAF - SNPs or STRs.
