If I have a compound with growth inhibitory effect on Toxoplasma gondii ME49 (in vitro study), how do I find out which protein it binds to computationally?

Is there a way to dock that one compound against the whole 8322 proteins of Toxoplasma gondii ME49?

Has anybody done this before?
