if the peak of drug and polymer completely disappear in DSC thermogram of drug loaded nanoparticles...what this indicates???

In the case where differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) exhibited alterations in the melting point and thermogram profile in drug-loaded nanoparticles this indicates an interaction between drug-polymer.
In other words, DSC results generally demonstrate the mode of the interaction between the drug and polymer.
It is advised that you conduct X-rays diffraction (XRD)measurements which can determine the state of incorporation of the drug in the system (amorphous or crystalline states of the drug loaded in polymeric nanoparticles).
