Many papers reported that decorin (Dcn) improved muscle regeneration and muscular dystrophy (these either inject Dcn, transfected or transferred Dcn gene at the differentiation stage of muscle). But if Dcn is injected at the proliferation stage, will it negatively affect muscle proliferation?
