yes it can be considered as an osteopromotive bone graft. because when the platelet is activated to form Platelet rich fibrin the platelets are expected to release a cocktail of growth factors which are trapped within the fibrin clot. when coupled with an osteoconductive bone graft the growth factors are expected to promote bone growth, as the growth factors help in osteoinduction
Osseoconductive grafts at best remain Osteo neutral and the growth factors released from the prf hardly remain in the scaffold for far enough time to really utilise the growth factors released from them. Infact sticky bone formed by a combination of Choukuron's prf and dfdba would be more qualified as truly osseopromotive
