Identifying the heterozygotes of the rice progeny from multi-parents by using SSR marker. Hi everyone, could you please give your answer/suggestion?

I used a SSR marker to check the Xa21 gene of rice progeny which has been generated by multi-parents. Based on the gel bands. Could you please explain that the lanes with triple bands are heterozygotes from their parents? Thanks in advance!
