Please I want to know the right identification of the mites apparing in the following pictures; and if you can recommend the better scientific ressourse for mite's identification :
The first two figures (PIC 21 & 25) are for acarid mite of the family Acaridae (Astigmata). The other ones (PIC 4 & 106) are for a predatory prostigmatid mite belongs to the family Bdellidae.
Further details, to determine the genuine and species couldn't be made through a photo, it has to be mounted on slides and got microscopic examination.
For acarid mites, I believe Prof Pavel B. Klimov, Purdue University, Lilly Hall of Life Sciences, G-225, 915 W State St, West Lafayette, Indiana 47907, USA, would give you a great idea.
For Bdellid mites identification, you may contact Ray Fisher, Entomogist at the Mississippi Entomological Museum, USA, via Twitter https://twitter.com/Theridula?s=09
