Your question isn't clear, but if you want to identify the isolated fungi from grass or other plants, it's possible and you can use morphological and molecular identification methods.

Fungi are associated with grasses or other plants in number of means e.g. mycorrhizal, endophyte, parasite, saprophyte and also with rhizoplane, phylloplane etc. You can use standard taxonomic keys for same.
