I need most recent ICRG dateset. The access to ICRG database is quite expensive as a struggling researcher, I am unable to afford it. I would be grateful if someone already has this data set and can share it with me. Thank you

The second link requires a user name and password to have access to the data file. If you have access and can download these files, please inbox me. Thanks again.
Through the first link, you need to send them an email, they will authorize you to download their data. For the second you may need registration/contact/permission/request etc.
You can also try kaggle to download such databases.
