during synthesis de titanium dioxide via Sol gel using this molar ratios
TTIP: EtOH: water: HCl 1: 4: 10: 0.5 respectively for this i prepared solution 1 that content TTIP dissolved in ethaol thes this solution is added dropwise under stirring to the second solution (water+ HCl) i obtained trouble solution and this later is kept for 24 hours to form gel
the pH of second solution( water+ HCl) is -0.78
the problem is: there is no gel formed but the sol is turned transparent?
how i do to increase time of gelation?

Carefully read the gelation mechanism. You fulfill the conditions of formation of the sol. .So you got it.
