I am quite confused I read so many links here and there but still unable to calculate IC50 in ug/ml from log values like what I have in the attached table image!!!

Using the data in your table I found a IC50 of 1.400 (log concentration), which is not technically correct as this calculator is for linear concentration. If you convert the values to linear concentration you find and IC50 of 1.245 (log concentration).
Excel doesn't really have the necessary functions for calculating IC50 correctly, Graphpad Prism has a nice set of built-in functions for doing the logistic regressions that IC50/EC50 curves are analyzed with.
Using Prism to analyze based on the log concentration, I found a IC50 of 1.245 (log concentration) which is the same as the result from the website I linked above.
