I would like to the phylogenetic study on clinical isolate of Yeast.

I have some Yeast isolates most likely to be Saccharomyces sp, as tested by culture.

I found some genes were used for phylogenetic study on Yeast typing, including 18S rRNA, 26S RNA and Internal Transcribed Spacer Regions (ITS 1 and ITS 2).

Anyway, which one is the common one and any other suggestion.
