Full bridge will be good I guess. Will single stage conversion yield best results?

Parameters to consider:

1. What is your application ? from this I presume it may be a EV or similar.

2. For EV, better option is Isolation is required.

3. Full Bridge or not ? --> it will have switching conduction losses, that impact efficiency relative to Half bridge.

Single stage conversion is enough. I will attach some papers soon for your reference.
