Why do you want to shear your DNA ? Your primers should be enough specific !

if you go for colony pcr then its ok just vortex bacterial colony DNA for 15 sec then its good for PCR for genomic DNA no need of shearing

Pretty much any manipulation of the DNA, vortexing, pipetting, etc will partially shear it (20-40kb). It is very hard to isolate longer DNA. However if you need shorter than that, then sonication should work. But for PCR it really shouldn't matter.
