I want to monitor applications used by a particular user on a windows system?

I would like to monitor each and every piece of information regarding the application usage. Example :- How many windows he has opened on a particular time. How long he/she has opened and active. how long window (application) is active, and inactive. (Ex:- Microsoft Office - Total - 6 HRS . Active (real time work) - 3 HRS). is it possible to get these details from windows log file? Is it possible to get the real time data using java or any other programming language?

I think you cannot do all this via the built-in administrative apps in windows server but perhaps you can take a look at performance monitoring.
