In order to know how much do you need in grams, you need the molecular weight of each component: the KNN, the BNT and the CuO. For the first two, I do not know what they are, but for the last one, the molecular weight is 79.545 g/mol.
This number means that each mol of CuO weights 79.545 grams. If you are looking of 0.5% of 1 mol, then you can do the math to know how many grams this implies.
Just an observation on what you re asking for: the numbers you wrote up there are more than 100% (0.95 + 0.05 + 0.5), so be careful to what you are exactly needing to prepare. I suggest first making clear how much % of each component do you need, and if this % is in mol or in weight. If you are able to give more details, I might be able to help you in depth with the math.
