I'm searching for list of possible chemical compountd (Ligand) that interacts with one of the target receptor for my studies. is there any database which I could refer ? If not how to pull out the list of natural or chemical components and secondly test the interaction study (Other than PatchDock and Autodocking) ?

My suggestion is that you search for the ligand not the receptor. If your ligand happens to be a therapeutically used drug, try a text book such as G and G.

Actually I wanted to know is, there is any tool where I can just search the property and and get the LIST OF LIGANDS.
For example. I'm working on EGFR receptor and I want the possible list of ligands which have interactions with EGFR receptor, instead of going for a random single ligand, performing docking study and understanding whether it has any interaction. I hope my question is clear. :)
