You must use the data and the time period axis for illustrating the linear/curve of the workload which you need. In this way, you can analyze the Alpha and Beta in relevant equation as Y=alpha+beta.X in which you can use the Growth for the variable "Y", and the Productivity for the variable "X" while the alpha is the "width of the source" and beta is the "tilt" of the curve. It is obviously specified that proper value for the alpha and beta should be positive.Therefore, in this way, you use the "BSC" method which is the development method in your evaluation.
