I've done an analysis of SMB-C, by colorimetry at 600 nm, and the results I have are expresed in mg/l. Which data do I need toexpress the results in Kg/ha? (I have bulk density, soil sample weight and other parameters)

Soil microbial biomass determination by fumigation with chloroform is highly performed around the globe. SMB-P fumigated and unfumigated samples anlysed for P content and expressed in mg.kg of soil. For rest of the analysis u have mentioned easily available in books.

For calculating MBC, u must have the soil moisture for computation. Microbial biomass directly proportional to moisture present in it.
