I would like to know how we can do some analysis on Atomic absorption spectrophotometer (step by step) * soil sample preparation, * standard preparation and calibration curve, AAS set-up if possible

The pressure of the acetylene tube should be adjusted to 0.8bar (11 PSI) after opening the main valve and turning on Unit AA 240 FS As the device is working to change the pressure out of the tube, so the pressure is set after Playback
The pressure of the Nitrous Oxide tube should be adjusted to 50 PSI after opening the main valve and operating the AA 240 FS unit. The unit will change the pressure outside the tube, so the pressure is adjusted after the operation
